Registration & Assessment Test



Registration is mandatory for all new admissions; Parents are requested to deposit the registration fee after which they will get prospectus along with admission forms.

    Registration is valid for 30 days.

    After registration, the date of Assessment test will be given to the registered child.

    Assessment test will be taken combined with an interview with both the parents.

Pre-Nursery - Kindergarten


In assessment the reading level of a child, the vocabulary and concepts of colours and numbers are assessed. In addition, the confidence of the child, the level of spoken English and motor skills are taken into consideration.
On successful completion of assessment, the seat of the ward will be confirmed based on his/her age level, Assessment test progress and social and emotional development align with the Admission policy.

Grade 1 - Grade V


Application for Class I onwards are tested in three subjects – English, Urdu and Mathematics.
The pass percentage is 70%. Duration of each paper is approximately 2 hour.
The selected students will benotified through email/sms/call within three working days from the date of assessment, after which parents are requested to complete the admission procedure with fee deposit within 5 working days.
If the admission procedure is not completed within specified time, the admission will automatically move to the next student inline.
In all cases, merit is the sole criteria for admission. The decision of the school cannot be challenged in any way and will be final.

Document Submission



The documents to be attached with Admission Form include:
  • A photocopy of school leaving certificate from last institution attended.
  • 4 recent passport size photographs.
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate from NADRA.
  • Vaccination Card (Only for Pre Primary Students).
  • 2 Copies of CNIC of parents.
  • Copy of B-Form.

    Students Code Of Conduct


    1. Students should come to school in a proper neat and clean uniform.

    2. Punctuality and daily attendance are strictly enforced. Students have to maintain 85% of attendance throughout the academic year of each class.

    3. Hygiene or cleanliness should be taken care of.

    4. Students are required to abide by the school Discipline Policy.

    5. Students are required to follow the prescribed Dress Code.

    6. Irregular attendance, habitual idleness, disobedience, misconduct, unsatisfactory behavior and other unbecoming conduct are the grounds for disciplinary action.

    7. Students should be wearing school ID cards when they are entering in school premises, parents, guardian/ van drivers should have their pickup cards to receive the child, in case, of not having pick up cards, the child will not be handover to the receiver.

    8. If the ID/pick up card is lost/stolen, notify the school management immediately; so necessary security measures can be taken.

    9. Students are expected to arrive at school on time and prepared for the day, with all equipment they need and a positive attitude. They are expected to attend all their scheduled lessons.

    10. If a student wants to leave the school during the day they must bring a note from their parents or parents should prior inform to the concerned person.

    11. The use of mobile phones, laptops, personal music players etc. is strictly not allowed.

    12. Students suffering from any infectious disease like mumps, measles, chickenpox, eye infections or any other contagious disease shall not be allowed to attend the school, even if they are having assessment or examination, until a physician declares him/her cured.

    13. School property and the property of other students or teachers should be treated with respect and care. Any object damaged by irresponsible use must be replaced by the person responsible for the damage.

    14. Students are strictly prohibited bringing expensive items, such as watches, cell phones, cash, expensive stationery items, jewelry, toys, or handy games etc. School will not be responsible for any loss. As per school regulation, the item will be temporarily confiscated.

    15. Girls should keep their hair tidy with a black clip or a black band only. Boys are required to have proper haircut. Nails must be kept clean and short.

    16. Students are responsible for their own belongings.

    17. A student must attain 85% attendance during the session. Failure to do so debars him from taking the annual examination.

    18. Any student who absents in the Monthly tests or Examination will not be Re- examined.

    19. No school leaving certificate will be issued till the school dues are cleared in full.




    CODE OF CONDUCT FOR PARENTS


    To provide a reminder to all parents, visitors to our school about the expected conduct. This is so we can continue to flourish, progress and achieve in an atmosphere of mutual understanding.

    The school expects parents to:

    • Respect the caring ethos of the school.

    • Punctuality and daily attendance are strictly enforced. Students have to maintain 85% of attendance throughout the academic year of each class.

    • Health eating leads to healthy mind. Promote good eating habits; please ensure that your child brings healthy snacks as canteen facility is not available to maintain hygiene.

    • Parents are required to clear their outstanding dues by the due date. If the parents have failed to clear the dues, the school will send School Fee Default Reminder.

    If parents have not cleared the dues, the school will take following measures.

     Withhold any school exam of the student

     Withhold assessment results of the students

     The student will not be allowed to sit in the class.

    • Pick and drop service of children should be on time.

    • Discipline should be given first priority.

    • Understand that parents and teachers need to work together for the benefit of children

    • Demonstrate in their own behavior that all members of the school community should be treated with respect and understand that even if there is conflict due to a member of staffs oversight, parents must remain calm and respectful

    • Ensure that children bring only items appropriate and related to the instructional program at school

    • Approach school staff to help resolve issues through proper channel.

    • Work with the school to build relationships with its staff

    • Avoid using staff as threats to admonish children.

    In order to support a peaceful and safe school environment the school does not tolerate:

    • Disruptive behavior which interferes or threatens to interfere with the operation of a classroom, office or other area of school grounds

    • Loud or offensive language, swearing, cursing or displaying temper

    • Damaging or destroying school property

    • Sending abusive or threatening emails, text/voicemail/phone messages or other written communication

    • The use of physical aggression towards another adult or child. This includes physically punishing your own child on school premises

    • Smoking, or consuming alcohol or drugs whilst on school property
